Sales & Virtual Operations Specialist
We're a U.S.-based company that is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales & Virtual Assistant Operations Specialist to support our sales and administrative operations. This role involves lead generation, email outreach, follow-ups, securing sales, and managing customer and employee communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrape and compile targeted email lists for outreach
Send email campaigns and follow up with leads to secure sales
Manage and track responses, ensuring timely follow-ups
Answer incoming calls from customers and employees professionally
Maintain emails, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence
Accept and handle incoming calls using our toll-free phone system
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Maintain organized records of communication and sales progress
Report progress and results to the team, ensuring seamless execution
Requirements:
Sales & Clerical Experience – Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or administrative support is required
Fluency in English – Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
Tech-Savvy – Ability to use CRM tools, email automation software, and spreadsheets
Reliable Equipment – Must have a fast, reliable computer and internet connection
Excellent Phone Etiquette – Comfortable answering calls and assisting customers and employees professionally
Strong Attention to Detail – Ability to follow directions and work independently
Flexible Schedule – Must be available for assigned tasks and follow-ups as needed
