Hiring Sales Representative For High-Ticket & Low-Ticket Sales
We're an exciting and fast-growing startup specializing in both low-ticket and high-ticket services. We provide cleaning and packing services to customers in New York City and all five boroughs. Additionally, we offer an online course and business-building services, where we sell high-ticket services valued at thousands of dollars.
We are seeking energetic, determined, and accountable sales representatives who thrive in a performance-driven environment. You will be trained on how to effectively sell both low-ticket and high-ticket services, offering you a fantastic opportunity to maximize your earnings and grow with our company.
Our goal is to train and develop our sales representatives to reach significant milestones in their sales performance. After successfully completing training and meeting key sales targets, representatives may potentially qualify to come to America on a work visa and work in our New York City office, where we are building our startup headquarters.
Job Description:
We are looking for self-motivated Commission-Based Sales Representatives to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business, close sales, and build strong relationships with clients. You will be selling both cleaning and packing services as well as high-ticket business-building services.
This is a commission-only role where you will earn 10% commission per sale plus bonus incentives for achieving performance targets.
Compensation:
10% commission on all sales (Low-ticket and high-ticket services)
Bonus incentives for top-performing sales representatives
Unlimited earning potential with higher commissions for larger deals
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present and explain products/services to prospective customers
Close sales and meet/exceed sales targets
Track and report sales performance
Send emails prospecting clients
Make incoming calls and accept outgoing calls
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of sales experience required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong drive and motivation to succeed in a commission-based role
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Must have a reliable computer and working WiFi
